Security of your transaction is of the utmost importance at www.golfiq.com. That is why all transactions are taken over a secure server connection. You may notice the https in the URL of our order submission pages. This means that your information is not accessible to anyone else. All transactions are fully encrypted: encryption is a process of "scrambling" a message into meaningless characters and numbers, and decrypting is the process of "unscrambling" these messages. Only people with the "Key" to the encryption are allowed to decrypt the information. Rest assured, only Golf IQ has this key. With Golf IQ you can shop privately and safely.

We only collect the information we need to provide the specific service that you have requested.

• To make a purchase, we need your name, address, phone number, e-mail and credit card information. We need this information so that we can make sure that your order arrives to your door on time.
• To receive product brochures via snail mail we need your name and address.
• To receive our Making Golf Make Sense newsletter and email specials we only need your email address.
  Your e-mail address is 100% safe and secure, we will never sell, trade or share it with anyone.
• To use our Course Logix program we will store information about your game so that you can track your progress as you work with your Golf IQ product.

If at any time you want to change or cancel any of the services that you have requested just send us an email to customerservice@golfiq.com and we will accommodate your request.

All of the product that you are viewing on this site is always in stock. Upon check out your order will be shipped out the next business day. If you select ground shipping it will usually arrive in no more than 7 business days and if you select overnight shipping your order will arrive two business days from placement of your order. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email from customerservice@golfiq.com that will provide you with the FedEX tracking number.

For all orders over $75 ground shipping is free. Otherwise the following shipping charges apply.

• Orders less $75 Ground Shipping $10
• For orders less than $75 Overnight Shipping $35
• For orders over $75 Overnight Shipping an additional $35

FedEX is our preferred courier due to their reliability and service. Unfortunately Fed EX does not ship to PO boxes, therefore please provide us with a valid street address so that we do not incur any delays in the processing of your order.
